The Philippine Pharmacists Association (PPhA) and FAPA-CP Philippines invite qualified and distinguished pharmacists to apply for the Founder Fellowship — a prestigious recognition for pharmacy leaders committed to advancing practice, education, and professional excellence.

Qualifications
• Licensed pharmacist with 15+ years of experience, or
• Completed residency training abroad
• Must be a current PPhA member
• No record of unethical or illegal practice
Required Documents
• Completed online application form
• Comprehensive CV
• Executive Summary of your most significant professional contribution
• Residency certificate (if applicable)
• PPhA Endorsement Letter
Executive Summary Guidelines
Your Executive Summary should clearly present one major professional contribution that showcases your expertise and specialization. Include:
• Title of your project or contribution
• Area of specialization and alignment with your field
• Background/Context of the issue addressed
• Methods / Framework / Tools used
• Description of your work and specific role
• Outcomes, impact, or improvements achieved
• Benefits and potential for scale-up
• Supporting documents (figures, charts, citations), if available
This Executive Summary will also be the basis for your 10–15 minute oral virtual presentation before the Court of Examiners between January 15-20, 2026.
