      Dear Registration Grant Recipient,

Congratulations on receiving the Doctor Kasem Pangsrivongse Registration Grant.

As a condition of the grant, please follow the instructions below.

1. Acknowledgement

Please include the following acknowledgement statement on your poster and/or oral

presentation, where appropriate:

“The presenting author acknowledges the support of the Dr. Kasem Pangsrivongse

Registration Grant awarded by the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA CP).”

Please use the acknowledgement statement exactly as instructed above.

2. Logos

Please include the following two logos on your poster and/or presentation, where appropriate:

• Doctor Kasem Pangsrivongse Foundation

• FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA CP)

The logo files will be attached to the email. The acknowledgement statement should be usedexactly as instructed above.

3. Photograph After Presentation

During the FAPA Congress 2026, please take at least one photograph of yourself together

with your poster and/or during your oral presentation. Where possible, the photograph should

clearly show your presentation and the acknowledgement statement.

After your presentation, please email the photograph(s) to info@fapa-cp.org.

The photographs will be used by both the Doctor Kasem Pangsrivongse Foundation and the FAPA CP for grant documentation, reporting, promotional, and publicity purposes.

       Following the previous announcement of Fellows of the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter 2026, the Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations College of Pharmacy (FAPA CP) is pleased to

issue this supplementary announcement for an additional candidate who has completed the Fellowship evaluation process.

The Executive Board officially approved the additional Fellowship recommendation submitted by the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter on August 2, 2026. Accordingly, the following pharmacist has been approved by the Executive Board and is hereby conferred the title of Fellow of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FACP) under the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter for 2026.

    The Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations College of Pharmacy (FAPA CP) is pleased to announce that the Executive Board has officially approved the Fellowship recommendations submitted by the FAPA CP Indonesia Chapter on August 2, 2026.

Following a comprehensive evaluation conducted by the FAPA CP Indonesia Chapter, and upon the recommendation of the Chapter, the following pharmacists have been approved by the Executive

Board and are hereby conferred the title of Fellow of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FACP) under the FAPA CP Indonesia Chapter for 2026.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the newly conferred Fellows on achieving this significant professional milestone. As Fellows of the FAPA College of Pharmacy, you will serve as the core leadership of FAPA CP by initiating and leading advanced training initiatives, facilitating

continuing professional development, strengthening professional networks, and advancing pharmacy practice and pharmacists' roles in healthcare throughout the region.

The FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA-CP) is pleased to announce the appointment of

Professor Aleth Therese L. Dacanay

as the Inaugural President of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA-CP), Philippine

Chapter, for a four-year term commencing March 2, 2026 and concluding March 1, 2030.

This appointment was made pursuant to the resolution of the FAPA College of Pharmacy

Executive Committee adopted during its meeting held on February 26, 2026.

As Inaugural President, Professor Dacanay will provide strategic leadership in strengthening the

Chapter’s academic initiatives, fostering professional engagement, and enhancing collaboration

within the broader FAPA network.

Her appointment marks an important milestone in the development of the Philippine Chapter and

reinforces FAPA-CP’s commitment to advancing excellence in pharmacy practice, education,

and professional leadership.

The FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA-CP) is pleased to announce the conferment of the

distinguished title of Honorary Fellow of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FACP) upon

Professor Aleth Therese L. Dacanay, Ph.D.

President, Philippine Pharmacists Association

This conferment was approved by unanimous decision of the FAPA College of Pharmacy Executive

Committee at its meeting held on February 26, 2026, in recognition of her exemplary leadership and

outstanding contributions to the advancement of pharmacy education and professional development

in the Philippines and across Asia. Her visionary efforts have significantly strengthened the

profession and inspired meaningful progress within the regional pharmacy community.

The formal conferment ceremony will take place during the FAPA-CP Session on November 6,

2026, in Bangkok, Thailand, held in conjunction with the 31st FAPA Congress 2026.

The FAPA College of Pharmacy extends its sincere congratulations and looks forward to formally

recognizing her distinguished contributions during this significant occasion.
