After your presentation, please email the photograph(s) to info@fapa-cp.org.
The photographs will be used by both the Doctor Kasem Pangsrivongse Foundation and the FAPA CP for grant documentation, reporting, promotional, and publicity purposes.

Following the previous announcement of Fellows of the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter 2026, the Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations College of Pharmacy (FAPA CP) is pleased to
issue this supplementary announcement for an additional candidate who has completed the Fellowship evaluation process.
The Executive Board officially approved the additional Fellowship recommendation submitted by the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter on August 2, 2026. Accordingly, the following pharmacist has been approved by the Executive Board and is hereby conferred the title of Fellow of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FACP) under the FAPA CP Thailand Chapter for 2026.

The FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA-CP) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Professor Aleth Therese L. Dacanay
as the Inaugural President of the FAPA College of Pharmacy (FAPA-CP), Philippine
Chapter, for a four-year term commencing March 2, 2026 and concluding March 1, 2030.
This appointment was made pursuant to the resolution of the FAPA College of Pharmacy
Executive Committee adopted during its meeting held on February 26, 2026.
As Inaugural President, Professor Dacanay will provide strategic leadership in strengthening the
Chapter’s academic initiatives, fostering professional engagement, and enhancing collaboration
within the broader FAPA network.
Her appointment marks an important milestone in the development of the Philippine Chapter and
reinforces FAPA-CP’s commitment to advancing excellence in pharmacy practice, education,
and professional leadership.

profession and inspired meaningful progress within the regional pharmacy community.
The formal conferment ceremony will take place during the FAPA-CP Session on November 6,
2026, in Bangkok, Thailand, held in conjunction with the 31st FAPA Congress 2026.
